Alfredo Santana

Research Associate TEC DE MONTERREY

 

Alfredo Santana has a major in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering from Tec de Monterrey, campus Guadalajara; a Master degree in Project Engineering by Universidad de Guadalajara, and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering with emphasis in Quantitative Analysis from the University of South Florida. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at Tec de Monterrey campus Querétaro and a Consultant in Continuous Improvement and Supply Chain Management. He has worked in industry as Production Planner, Production Manager, Technical Manager, and Corporative Project Manager. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by ASQ and a SAP Certified Associate. His research interests include analysis and mathematical modeling for decision making through optimization and simulation, and continuous improvement process through Lean Six Sigma.
