Nidia Ríos has a major in Chemical Engineering, a Master in Engineering in Production Systems Optimization, and Ph.D. in Strategic Planning for Performance Improvement. She is currently a Full-TimeProfessor, leader of the Consolidated Academic Corps of Productive Chains and Responsible of the Educational Program of Chemical Engineering. Dr. Nidia Ríos frequently publishes his research results in top scientific journals and in globally recognized scientific conferences as the International Congress on Logistics and Supply Chain (CiLOG). She is the author of two books: "Maturity of Performance Measurement Systems in Certified Organizations and Decision Making", and "Maturity of Organizational Processes in Small Businesses: A Model for Improving Performance." She has also published and refereed articles in various indexed and refereed scientific journals as well as book chapters.
